Simplest handling. No assembly required. The casting plate is simply placed on the already existing magnetic foil
Due to the integrated magnets, temperature resistant up to 150° / 302 °F, it adheres securely to the heating bed
The spring steel printing surface, whether PEI, PET or even the technical printing plate, is then placed on the magnetic cast plate
Note:
Some customer feedback indicated that sensor errors were occurring with some X1C sensors.
The following solution was found:
We have used a printed spacer disc of 2.3 mm (material PETG, ABS or ASA)
Remove the wheel nut, please leave the existing rubber ring! Use the spacer disc and screw on the knurled nut as far as it will go (hand-tight).
Switch on printer - place casting plate and PEI - start printing!

The LIDAR © function can only be used without the magnetic casting plate. If a new filament is to be calibrated, the magnetic casting plate is simply removed and the calibration is performed as usual
Afterwards, the KiS-3d magnetic casting plate can be put back on and printing can be started.
When transferring the file, make sure that the dynamic flow calibration is deactivated!
By using the cast plate, the maximum print height is reduced by 5mm (256x256x251mm)

Due to the cast structure and a special heat treatment, dimensional stability is optimally maintained even at high temperatures.
Surface roughness, thickness and flatness are subject to tight tolerances.
Controls at every stage of the production process ensure high quality.
25 embedded N42SH magnets, temperature resistant up to 150° / 302 °F with high holding force.
Magnets can impair the function of pacemakers and implanted defibrillators.
