The DM542 is designed for all types of 2-phase hybrid stepper motors that have an outer diameter of 42 to 86 mm and require a phase current of less than 4.0 A.
The circuit is similar to those of servo control and allows the motor to run smoothly and with low noise and vibration.
- Good quality and performance at a low price
- Medium control current, drive via a 2-phase sinusoidal current
- Offered supply voltage from 20 to 50 VDC - Opto-isolated signal I/O
- Protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent and phase short circuit
- 15 channels division and automatic torque
- Automatic current reduction when not in use
- 8 channels output phase current adjustment
- Offline command input terminal
- Motor torque is dependent on speedl, not on step or revolution number
- High initial speed and high holding torque under high speed. Delivery incl. adapter and cable - Input voltage: 20 - 50 V DC
- Input current: <4.0 A
- Output current: 1.0 - 2.4 A
