Our new PEI Flex System consists of a spring steel plate with already applied PEI structure coating on one side and a smooth foil coating on the other side.
on the other side, and a magnetic plate with 3M adhesive.
The flexible PEI permanent printing plate forms the perfect base for 3D printing.
The PEI Flex system is very durable and easy to use when handled correctly.

The magnetic plate is applied by means of the 3M adhesive surface on the back and can thus hold the removable spring steel sheet.
Depending on the requirements, a choice can now be made between a smooth or structured surface.
The textured coating gives the printed model a nice, textured look on the underside.
Note: Cleaning with acetone, may cause small fractures in the textured plate.

Heating bed leveling columns

This external Mosfet module is used to regulate the current of the heating bed in order not to heat up the whole board unnecessarily. It protects the mainboard from the high current and is especially advantageous for large heating beds. The large heat sink helps to cool the external MOSFET and the main board of the 3D printer is spared from heat generation.
